    They took the opportunity of ai (to make delivery more productive and higher earning) and turned it against riders, restaurants and customers.

    Delivery times are slower and meals are colder since the ai introduction, but they dgaf and follow the ai blindly.

    or you can do 100 orders with 100 riders, each doing 1.

    problem is: delivery is about peak demand. so you dont really have an option at all.

    uber (and tb) is just too stupid to learn and understand the business of logistics and delivery. even after billions of dollars and 10 years in the market, they havent learned anything.

    the ai is just exposing how stupid of a company they have been al along.
